Damage Type:   Extensive structural = frame or unibody repair with 12+ hrs and/or replacement of multiple structural components plus refinishing

Structural = requiring 5+ hrs on structural assemblies (frame or unibody) including replacement of welded in structural components plus refinishing

Heavy = requiring 5+ hrs for up to 3 non-structural panels or assemblies (eg: door, hood, trunk lid,...) or replacement of a welded on major panel (eg: replace 1/4 panel...) and/or replacement of mechanical assemblies (eg: front or rear suspension units) plus refinishing

Moderate = requiring 2-4 labor hrs for up to 3 panels including replacement of bolt on parts/panels plus refinishing

Light surface = light exterior repair and/or paintless dent removal plus refinishing
